Makes 2 cookie sheet sized loafs:
Mix:
3 C. Flour
2 Tb. yeast
1 tsp. salt
3 Tb. sugar
2 Tb. applesauce or butter
2 1/4 C. Hot Water
Add:
2-3 C. more flour
Raise 30 minutes
Punch Down and seperate into 2 balls.
Roll out into a rectangle.
Spread each with 4 oz. cream cheese and 1 can pie filling (cherry is SO yummy)
Bake at 375-400 for 20-30 minuts.
Let cool then glaze.

Vanilla
Powdered sugar
Add food coloring for special occasions.
