Pop-eye Pancakes (or german pancakes)


6 Eggs
1 C. Milk
1 C. Flour
½ tsp. Salt
2 ½ Tbs. Butter

-Blend and pour into 9X13 pan.
-Bake at 400 for 25-30 min.

* This is one of my childhood favorites my mom used to always make!  We called them pop-eye pancakes because they get all bubbly and look like his muscles.
