6 Red Potatoes, boiled, cubed and cooled
4 Slices of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ C. Chopped Green Onion
¼ C. Fresh Chopped Cilantro
1 Green or Red Bell Pepper Chopped
Mix and pour over potato
mixture, stir well and refrigerate 2+ hours:
1 1/3 C. Sour cream1 tsp. Sugar
1 Tb. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
1/8 tsp. Dry Hot Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
