Burnt Butter Rice - Greek

Bring to Boil:
4 C. Chicken Broth

Add:
2 C. Rice

- Cook 20 minutes or until tender.
Meanwhile, in a hot skillet cook butter over med-high heat until burnt brownish black. 
- Pour over cooked rice and let stand 15 minutes.  Stir well and salt and pepper to taste.
