Cambodian Stir Fry


Steamed Desired vegetables until about half cooked then set aside.
(carrots, beans, broccoli, bell pepper, onion, mushroom etc.)

-In large wok heat olive oil. 
-Add chopped garlic and brown.
-Add thinly sliced roast and brown.
-Add Vegetables.
-Season with to taste:
Ginger
Sugar
Garlic Salt
Cayenne

Serve over Hot Rice.

* This recipe my husband got from his friend Sanaroth.  My husband always makes this to perfection, some day I'll get some measurements, maybe.
