Cheese Corn Chowder

Cover and Simmer 10+ Minutes:
1 ½ C. Chicken Broth
2 C. Chopped Potatoes
10 oz. Frozen Mixed Vegetables
¼ C. Chopped Onion

Add and cook until warmed through:
1 Can Cream Corn
8 oz. Cheese
½ C. Milk

* I got this recipe from my Grandma Lila when I was visiting once.  I love how fast it is to throw together.
