Pork Schnitzel

Tenderize Pork or Chicken (whichever you prefer to use, I prefer pork)

Salt and Lemon pepper both sides of center cut pork or chicken breasts.

Dip in Flour.

Mix a couple eggs and some milk, dip in this mixture next.

Next press into bread crumbs.

Cover bottom of frying pan with some oil.

Fry in oil until golden brown, or bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until done.
