Chili

2 lb. Hamburger
1 lrg. Onion, chopped
1 Bell Pepper, chopped
2-3 Cloves garlic, chopped
3 – 1 lb. 14 oz. Cans Chili Beans
1 – 1 lb. 12 oz. Can Tomatoes
1 Can Tomato Sauce
2 Tb. Vinegar
1 ½ Tb. Chili Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste

Brown hamburger with onion, bell pepper and garlic.  Add remaining ingredients and simmer 3 hours or place in crock pot on low for the day.
