Egg Rolls

1 head shredded Cabbage
Shredded Carrots
Chopped Water Chestnuts
Sliced Green Onions
Minced Garlic
Lots of pepper and salt

Mix above with 1 lb. ground pork (raw) and 2 eggs. 

Wrap in egg roll wraps and seal edges with a wet finger.

Deep fry and serve with sweet and sour sauce.

Or bake at 350, turning often to brown each side.
