Floating Pie

½ C. Sugar
1 C. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
¼ C. Oil
½ tsp. Salt
¾ C. Milk

- Mix all together and pour into pie pan.
- Top with 1 quart fruit - drained.  (We prefer peach)
- Bake at 350 for 30-40 min.

* Here's another one of my childhood favorites.  I serve it to my kids with milk or cream drizzled over the top.
