Garlic Rice- Cuban

- Melt ½ C. Butter and simmer a few Tb. of garlic in it.
Add 1 ½ C. water, bring to boil.
Add 1 cup rice, cover and simmer about 20 minutes until rice is cooked. 
Stir well and salt and pepper to taste.

* Not the healthiest side dish but SO yummy
