Sicilian Meatloaf (Moms)

Mix:
2 lb. Ground Beef
2 Eggs
¾ C. Crushed Crackers
½ C. Tomato Juice
Dash of Garlic Salt
2 T. Parsley
½ tsp. Oregano
Salt and Pepper

Pat meat mixture into 8X10” rectangle on foil.  Then Layer with ham, mozzarella cheese then jack cheese.  Roll and seal meat.  Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
