Chicken and Asparagus Pasta Toss

7 servings (2 cups per serving)
369 calories per serving
1 lb. pasta
2 tsp. olive oil
1 Tbs. butter
3 C. sliced asparagus
2 C. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 lb. chicken (cooked it becomes about 6-8 oz.)
1 -28 oz can diced tomatoes
¾ C. parmeson cheese
1 tsp. paprika


- Cook pasta, toss with olive oil and set aside
- melt butter in saucepan, add asparagus, onion, hot sauce and red
pepper, cook 5 minutes.
- Stir in pasta, chicken and tomatoes and heat through
- Sprinkle with cheese, paprika, salt and pepper
