Egg Rolls

1 Lb. Ground Pork
2 eggs
1 TBS Minced Ginger
1 TBS Molasses
2 TBS Oyster Sauce
3 TBS Corn Starch
3 TBS Minced Garlic

*Mix ingredients well then add:

1 Head of Cabbage thinly slice
1 bell pepper diced
1 onion diced

*Lightly coat vegetable with soy sauce  then mix into the meat mixture.

* You will need 2 packages egg roll wrappers (40 sheets total)  Place 1/4 C. of mixture in the center of each wrapper.  Roll and seal with beaten egg.

* Fry in shallow pan of oil turning to crisp each side.

*Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

* Good served with sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce
