Apple Muffins


Cream until light and fluffy:
1/2 cup butter
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt

Beat in:
2 eggs
1/2 C. milk

Add:
1 3/4 C. Flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Fold in:
2 Sliced Apples
1/2 C. Walnuts

Pour in muffins tins and top with:
1/4 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
3 TB. Oatmeal
2 TB. Butter

Bake at 375 for 15 minutes
