Grandma Jesse's Rolls


1 1/3 C. Milk (scalded then set aside and cooled to room temp.)

Dissolve:
2 packages yeast
1 Tb. Sugar
½ C. Warm Water

Add to yeast:
2 beaten eggs
4 Tbs. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
Milk

Mix well and add:
4 ½ C. Flour

- Cover and let rise until double.
- Press out onto floured surface.
- Cover with melted butter.
- Cut into rectangles with pizza cutter.
- Fold over and place on cookie Sheet.
- Let rice until double.
Bake at 400 12-15 min.
