Blueberry Gingerbread

Mix Together:
½ C. Oil
1 C. Sugar
3 Tb. Molasses
Beat in 1 Egg

In separate bowl mix:
2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Ginger
½ tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Baking Soda
½ tsp. Salt

- Remove 2 Tb. flour mixture and toss with 1 c. Blueberries.
- Add wet and dry ingredients alternating with 1 C. Buttermilk.
- Fold in Blueberries.
- Pour in 11X7 loaf pan and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
