Chicken Cordon Bleu

Chicken Breasts or Tenders Sliced Ham
Cheese (any kind you like, I've even used cheese sticks)
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Thyme
Butter
Cornflake Crumbs

- Use a mallot or rolling pin to tenderize and flatten out chicken.
- Lay a piece of ham on chicken, then put a piece of cheese in the middle.
- Roll us and lay with seam on the bottom.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
- Dust VERY lightly with thyme.
- Use a basting brush to coat chicken.
- Press cornflake crumbs onto coated chicken.
- Bake at 400 for 20-40 minutes (it depends on how big you made your chicken servings)

While Chicken is baking made the sauce:
1 - 10.5 oz. can cream of chicken
1/2 C. sour cream
1 tsp. leomn juice

Warm over stove and serve on top of chicken. Makes 8 - 1/4 C.servings of sauce.
