Chicken Dijon
Simmer 1 Cube Butter with 1 tsp. Garlic
Add 5 tsp.
Dijon
Mustard
Cool to touch and ship until slightly thick.
Baste chicken in butter mixture in coat with:
2 Tb. Parsley
5 Tb. Parmesan
1 ½ C. Panko Bread
Let set over night, bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
