Corn Bread
1 1/3 C. Flour
1 C. cornmeal +2 TB
1 C. Sugar
5 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 1/3 C. Milk (or 1 can corn with juice + ½ C. milk)
4 TB melted butter
1 large egg
Mix ingredients well.
Pour into 8X8 pan and bake at 350 for 50-60 min.
