Creamy Tomato Soup

1 Medium Onion, chopped
2 Tb. Butter
2 Cans Condensed Tomato Soup
1 ½ C. Milk
1 tsp. Sugar
½ tsp. Basil
1 tsp. Paprika
½ tsp. Garlic Powder
1 – 8 oz. Pckg. Cream Cheese

Sauté onion in butter until tender.  Add all remaining ingredients except the cream cheese.  Warm through.  Wisk in cream cheese until melted and smooth.  Serve immediately.
