Sift and set aside:
2 1/2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
Cream by hand:
1 C. Melted Butter (do not substitute)
3/4 C. Sugar
3/4 C. Dark brown sugar
Add and mix well:
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 egg
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well with hands. Fold in 2 cups chocolate chips.
Put in 1/3 C. to make cookie size.
Bake at 350 until cracks on top.
Cool 5 minutes, will cook more as they cool.
Makes 16 cookies
