Mexican Chicken and Rice

Chicken
Rice
Cumin
Garlic
Onion
Cilantro
El Pato jalapeño Sauce
Herdez Salsa

Boil Chicken in water, reserve water and cube chicken.  Fry rice in hot skillet until brown.  Add boiling reserved water, chicken, salsa, onion, spices and cilantro.  Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
