Pecan Salmon

Mix together:
2 Tb. Dijon Mustard
2 Tb. Butter, melted
1 Tb. Honey

In Separate bowl mix:
1/3 C. Fresh bread Crumbs
1/3 C. finely Chopped Pecans

4 – 4 oz. Salmon Fillets

Salt and pepper

Season each salmon fillet with salt and pepper.  Dip in honey mixture then press into bread mixture.  Place on baking sheet and bake at 400 for 10 minutes per inch of thickness.  Serve with lemon wedges or lemon juice.
