Pizza Dough

1 pckg. Yeast
2 tsp. Sugar
1 C. Warm Water
2 C. Flour
2 Tb. Olive oil
1 tsp. Garlic Salt

- Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
- Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes. 
- Add flour, olive oil, and salt and stir well to combine.
- Knead until a nice elastic dough has formed. 
- Cover and let rise until doubled in volume.  
- Roll dough out in corn meal and cover with favorite pizza sauce and toppings. 
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- Enough dough for a large cookie sheet size pizza.
