Rhubarb Coffee Cake

Mix well and pour into 9X13 inch baking pan:
2 C. Flour
1 C. Sugar
1 Tb. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
½ C. Butter, melted
2 Eggs
1 C. Buttermilk
2 tsp. Vanilla
4 C. Rhubarb, chopped
1 tsp. Baking Soda

Top with:
1 C. Flour
½ C. Brown Sugar
½ C. Margarine
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
