6 C. Water
2 C. Uncooked Grits½ C. Butter, divided
3 C. Shredded Cheese, divided
1 lb. Ground Sausage
12 Eggs
½ C. Milk
Salt and pepper

Bring water to
boil in large saucepan, Stir in grits.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 5 minutes, until liquid has been
absorbed.

Mix in half the
butter and 2 cups cheese. Add
sausage.

Mix milk and
eggs and pour into skillet, lightly scramble then mix into grits.

Pour into 9X13
pan, dot with remaining butter, and cover with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350 for
30 minutes.
